ABOUT NICKI
I’m an award-winning senior and sports photographer with a deep love for bold personalities and sports-driven seniors. I’ve been behind the camera for 17+ years, which probably means I’m officially getting old, but it also means I know exactly how to capture moments that matter. I was inducted into the SSG Senior Photographers Hall of Fame in 2021, and yes, I still smile every time I say that out loud. I’ve been named a Top Senior Photographer more than 20 times because I’m competitive by nature and never do anything halfway. I also teach photographers nationwide through a platform I co-created, sharing the real-world systems and lessons that actually work.
I’m a former high school and collegiate softball player, so I speak fluent athlete and connect best with driven seniors who don’t do boring, average, or “just one pose.” I run Nicki Hufford Photography alongside my husband, Paul, the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps everything running smoothly. I’m a proud sports mom to a collegiate softball player and a professional sideline worrier. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me Jeep-obsessed, dirt-road loving, and off-roading whenever I can. I’m also a professional herder of athletes who will absolutely say “just one more” at least ten times, always chasing big moments, louder wins, and images that feel every bit as epic as the memories themselves.
